Cant Play my Itunes....

Ok...I hope I am just missing something simple here but I am having a problem with our new Ipad 2. Just got it last night and when I synced it with Itunes on my Imac, the music titles show up on the Ipad under Itunes in the purchased section but the downloaded icon is not highlighted. I cannot figure out how to play music on it. I want to figure this out before I start putting apps on it so I am not wasting my time. Dont know If I have a setting wrong or what. Help please!!!! Thanks!

Ah ha! Just as I figured. I wasnt looking in the right place. Sorry all.
