Cant play Netflix movies for the last 2 weeks

2 weeks ago I accepted a Netflix upgrade from the App Store and also accepted and upgrade to IOS 6.2.1, since then I can no longer play movies on my apple devices.
I can play on Xbox and Laptop on the same wireless network.

I just went to my Netflix app and it made me log back in. I am in the US and have done both the Neflix update and on ios 6.1.2.

I live in Ireland. Not sure if that is related.
Both Apple and Netflix are blaming each other with no fix in sight. This did work for the past year and just stopped 2 weeks ago.
