Can't re-download iTunes Movie!

Hi, my name is steve c. I am new to forums and need direction on iTunes movie watching. I sat down to watch a movie, finished only half when life got in the way and did not get back to it Until 3 days later. I greed to terms and fine with the situation. I want to delete the movie, then re purchase, but it won't give that option. any help?
