can't upload to drop box.

I am new to I pad and drop box so how does one get a file or picture into it from an I pad?
confused.

There is a good help function in dropbox but you upload photos into dropbox by touching the upload tab in the left hand pane then touching the + button at the top and follow the instructions (you will need to authorise dropbox to access your photos the first time you do this but dropbox will guide you through the process).
