Carbonado Cover

Ion makes the Carbonado Cover and the CarbonCover for the iPad 2. If you use or have used either, please give me your opinion of it/them. Why choose one over the other?

Also, does the magnetic cover cause any problems when using the iPad 2 in portrait view?
