card Info for free apps is asked!

After I bought Document to go Office suite (Original) I tried to downoad some FREE apps. But they ask the card info for it, and did not do it before. I WONT write anything for free apps. It is very strange and maybe there is a desicion of that glitch???

Maybe try to logoff iTunes and log back in.
