Couple of video's of my '55, finished building August of last year. First time in 40 years she's moved under her own power. No track times yet as the track closed last year before we had all the required safety items in place, plan is to hit the track this May.

Great car, Claudia! How fast was your run?

Thank you. It was probably a 6.0 run as the car was very consistent from 5.95 to 6.10, 110 mph, in the eighth mile. I say was because it is now sitting waiting for a major engine tear down and repair.
First problem was the person who built it (that we bought it from) used standard street rocker arms and rods, one of which went through a rocker arm. Fixed that and after a few more passes spun a bearing, so now it's rebuild time.
