Change apple I'd

I have just removed a talk talk email account from my friends iPad, but they still have [email protected] as their apple I'd.

A) is that a problem leaving it.

B) can we change their I'd.

C) if/when we do, will it have to be changed when buying apps, or will it do it automatically

The email address of the AppleID has not bearing on the email account set up on the iPad. You do not need to change it.

Hear what you say, and thanks, but what if we wanted to change I'd?

As we only use, and prefer, to use our @me email address on iPad, have we the choice to to change

Hi,
Log in at the Apple web site and click my apple ID. There's a section in there to edit your information. You can edit your username, your email account, etc.
