Check invitee availability in iPad

Hi folks,

I'm using my iPad to connect my corporate emails and calendar - I can create new meetings and invite people from my corp, however I cant see their availability, therefore I hard to know whether they are free in the time I wish to schedule for. Is there any way/app I can use from App store or Cydia to allow this feature?
