Many games have various in-game currency for use in gameplay. Some are earned in-games and some currencies can also be bought by in-app purchases, ie. in Hay Day buying diamonds that are used to expedite game play.
AFAIK, no games can export currency to turn back into real cash. It does not benefit the game developers to give money away.
