Contacts app. crashing when trying to add contacts or edit

Hi there all,

i'm having the contacts crashing evertime i'm trying to add or edit a contact and i couldn't know if that happend after jailbreaking or before it's really annoying me, i tried even restoring my iPad and synced my iPad without jailbreaking still crashing whenever i add or edit a contact.

any advise or soultion to resolve this problem

make a change, add remove a contact in address book(mac) or add/remove a song in itunes and resync with your iPad.

Sometimes the sync process messes up and you get results where the address book crash's or iPod and photo app crashes. Simply resyncing doesnt work unless itunes detects a change like adding removing a song,photo, etc...
