Control music playing on your iPad, from your iPhone?

Hi all!

Im currently trying to investigate if its possible to control music playing on your iPad, from your iPhone via. the Remote app or similar?

We all know that you can control the music playing on your iTunes mac or pc, but can I somehow control the music playing on iTunes on my iPad from my iPhone?

I don't care if the suggestions for solutions involves jailbreaking the iPhone and/or iPad.
