controling keynote presentation on my mac with iPad

Hi guys,

I'm trying to find (if it exists) and application were I can be able to:

-have a keynote presentation on my mbp that is connected to a projector
- use my iPad to view the current slide + my notes and change to the next slide

basically instead of making a keynote presentation on my iPad and present it there I would like to be able to make the presentation on my mbp and use the iPad as an note book were I can read the slides + notes and control the presentation
