Convert videos on the ipad without a computer?

Okay so I'm looking for an app or something that I can use on my iPad 2 to convert videos. Since videos from my phone to my email won't open because of the 3g2 format, and I want to fix that, but my computer can't exactly handle the job. Help?

you might be better of looking for a video player for your iPad that will play those files.

The best and simply way is do the conversion on your computer before you transfer to your iPad, but if your computer cannot support, you could download a video player could play these video formats
