Ya I know but I am thinking if there is any way to cut off the black part without always maximizing the videos.

sjleworthy said:yes you can, but it'll mean a bit of work. i usually mask and re-crop in QuickTimePro. but, if you do that you'll also be cropping out the sides; you'll be trying to convert a 16:9 into 4:3, and the only way to do that whilst maintaining picture ratio will be to inevitably crop off the sides as we.
