A good one I have is Gordon Ramsey it is wicked but it like $12 but it is amazing he walks you through his amazing recipes

A good one I've found is Manskils Dinner For Two Video Cookbook. Simple, easy to follow, beautiful videos with no chef jabbering away at you trying to sell his kitchenware range!
