I need an app where i can show and control a presentation from my computer and have someone watch it on and ipad, but not be able to control it from the ipad; Just watch it. Does that App exist?

fnatic, it sounds like you just want to use the iPad as an extra monitor for your main computer. There's definitely at least one app for that. Can't think of its name at the moment.
Look up "extra monitor" or something like that in iTunes.
Air Display also works with Windows now. However while the iPad cannot be used to control the App, there is nothing stopping the viewer from pressing the Home button and doing anything they want to with the iPad. Nothing i know of to avoid that yet.
