Debugging? Help plz

My screen keeps telling me I need to 'debug' my console, I can't find any info relating to how to do this, can anybody help?

I took a thread out on this once over a year ago! How funny. But I can't help you as I can't find it and I don't recall what it was!

It is nothing to worry about though ~ and I think if you go into Settings you can turn if off and on.

But wait and see what others chime in with!
