On the iPad 2 how do I delete photos from my photos?

In the photos app, tap a photo so it appears in full screen. Tap the little trash can in the top right hand corner. Select the red delete photo button. To delete multiple photos at once, click the share button. Select the photos you want to delete, and click the red delete button.
