Is there a way to get back a video I shot, that was accidentally deleted?

The iPad does not have a 'recycle' bin like a PC so you'll have to download the video again or, if it was one that you shot on the iPad itself, then I know of no way in which it can be recovered, unless you synch'd the iPad with your PC, in which case they'll be a copy on the PC and you can (if you're careful) recover it from there.
