Deleting photos from All Imported Album

I downloaded very many holiday photos from SD cards directly to my IPad2 - they automatically went into the All Imported Album (together with many previous photos). I then removed the poor holiday photos and edited the rest. I then copied the edited holiday photos into a new Album with the specific name of the Holiday.
I now wish to delete the pictures from the All Imported album (so as to save space) but it tells me "This photo is used in 2 albums. Do you want to delete it everywhere ?"
It does not give me the option to say - "No - I only want to delete it in the All Imported album".
Is there a way to do this ?

You have to delete on your computer.
You Need to transfers the photos either by your camera card or by app.
Then put into a folder ,named as per it's content etc.
Then add to your iPad ticked folder in iTunes and re sync.
Now you can delete from your iPad.
