Why?
I know that seem rather "None of your business just tell me how" but your question can't be answered properly until the why is known. The reason for that is you can hide purchases from a device but you can not remove them from the purchased list. Also the iCloud doesn't store applications. Only backups and data for apps that use the iCloud API calls. So by knowing the why, I can direct you to correct answer.
