I would like to create an Iphone web app with my site main content in it. Due to a budget limit, hiring a developer do create an app is not possible.

I heard that there are software/platform of "do it yourself" app creation tool.

I was told specifically about this site: mobile.conduit.com

Anyone had experience with this tool and can give me a feedback?

I can't help you with this specific tool, so please accept my apologies. But you might not have read the Apple app developer's website - where there is a lot of information in developing both iPad and iPhone apps.
