Dim Apps

Hello everyone, I was wondering if there was anyway to dim or fade the apps on your home screen? If so, how can I do it? I would like to see my home screen wallpaper better. Thanks

On jailbreak. It's a standard winterboard function. Go to jailbreakme.com and download cydia. After it reboots. Cydia and winterboard will be new icons. Tap WB then themes.

I would advise NOT doing that just yet. I moved you to the Hacking Section so others may chime in.

I would do what hkwrite said, use winterboard and just select "dim icons".

If you do, be weary because it's hard to see where they are. If theyre in folders, make sure you know what's where.

You could, of course, simply move all the icons to another screen so that you have no icons on your Home screen. You can still gain access to the running tasks via the multi-task bar.
