Yes-on both iPad and iPhone. Just left it there.
I could remove it but it doesn't bother me one way or the other.

Want to really freak people out? Connect your Apple BT keyboard to your iPhone (or even iPad) and send an extensive email reply or even better text. (Of course you would have to have the "Sent from my iPhone/iPad" signature line for emails.) When they ask how you did it, tell them that you've gotten really good at texting! :p

More seriously, like others I keep my "Sent from..." signature line to let others know why I'm sending an abbreviated reply and so that they know that whatever they send me in the way of attachments may or may not be useful or something I'm going to look at at the time.
