Does anybody know how to sync films on itunes for ipad

I'm abit lost don't really no how to use iPad it's the first generation can anybody help me step by step how to sync films on to my iPad ?

The movies should be installed in your pc or mac. It will auto sync if youre connected to itunes. If it doesnt, just sync it
