My wife has a floor (10?) that will not open. It shows the doors, but there is no open button. another floor below it has opend and she has another counting down below it. Closing the game has no effect.

Any ideas?

We have aslo been having friends disappear and reappear. It appears it is not reaching the server. Maybe they have more Doomsday players than they expected and have run out of capacity for simultaneous users.
