Download full articles

I have an iPad without the 3G. I'm in search of an app which, upon syncing first thing in the morning, downloads full articles from google reader. That way, I can read full articles where wifi is not available. I seem to recall reading something about this a while back. Anybody heard of such a thing? Thanks!
