Has anyone else had any issues with the Download Meter App, like it's just not working since newest Jailbrake??? I did exhaust the search funtion here and found nothing.

It's probably just not many folks that read this thread use that App, sorry.
My carrier provides a free app to give me fully accurate 3G usage, and my wifi is monitored on the router. I suspect lots of folks are using lots of different ways, but doing it on the device with an app is one of the least reliable
(becasue you cannot guarantee the app is always running in the background due to the way Apple sandboxes...)
Maybe worth emailing the developers?
