Download problem

I can't download iOS 4.3 Keep getting a message " network connection timed out" then " check network setting". I have tried every combo of network settings on both the host ( Dell Inspirion/ Vista) and I pad. What's up??

Overloaded servers, most likely. Just keep trying. Or sit back and wait a day or two, then try again. Depends on your irritation/patience ratio.
