No, uploading documents to webhosters is not supported.
There is an app called ismestorage, which allows you to upload to a dozen or so cloud services, but there is no app, which allows you to upload to any cloud service, they have to be specifically supported.
Istorage has a built in browser that works, just found it.I transfer my files to the app and upload them from the app
tag disk HD does the same thing.
when I receive an email with an attachment , I press/hold the attachment, it asks which to use, I save it to one of them and can use their built in browser. I found the Tagdisk would do it by accident. I already had it on my iPad to put my .docs files in
