Downloading podcasts

I downloaded a podcast, synced my iPad, and the podcast shows up in podcasts in the Itunes store. I can't get it to show on my Ipad in the Podcasts in my library! What am I doing wrong?

With your iPad plugged into your computer an iTunes running, when you select the iPad on the left side under Devices, you will see a series of tabs across the top. Select the one that says Podcasts and make sure you have Sync Podcasts checked. Then try syncing again.
