Did you send to them the day before as well? That happens to me and usually I just wait a couple hours and then they are available to send to again. However I noticed last night since I am closing the app from running in the background I was able to go right back into DV and the 2 that were greyed out for me were not anymore so I didn't have to wait a couple hours. Good thing...it would have been 2 or 3 in the morning. Yikes!
