Soooooo frustrating! I keep getting tree dragons from the flower moss combo, spend all my gems and still no clover tries seaweed and moss several times too

Collecting data for a theory that states Suns are bred between 7am and 7pm (as stated on your device) and Moons are made between 7pm and 7am. Can you let me know the exact time you got your 48 hour, and let me know what it turns out to be, please.

Can't help with that as the rares mainly came thick and fast while trying for lyd. But connection with time of day would be hard to work in for backflip due to time zones of players being so different geographically.
It's a nice idea but I'm sure I tried all times of day and night only thing making difference was possibly order of dragons. First sun I remember breeding of was love cold and reverse gave me moon but next moon came from first order..... Go figure. Under conclusion it's mainly pot luck. Lol

The time of day on the device is one of the things that is sent to BFS servers when breeding. It would be easy enough for them to use it in the breeding process.

I just brought the epic breeding island after saving up my gems. Then I tried in my breeding cave mud and blazing, hoping to get a panlong dragon. I got a rainbow dragon instead. Then after my rainbow dragon finished breeding I tried mud and blazing again, this time in my epic breeding island and I got a panlong dragon!
