Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

I also believed this theory and I'm not saying that it doesn't help but it's not always fool Proof I have had 3 moons altogether and were all bred at nightime and all my suns were bred in the day all Barr one while I was on the quest for my second moon I was breeding only in the night as I had four suns already and I got a 48 HR and I was absolutely certain it was a moon as I bred it at 4 am but it turned out to be a sun hope this helps your info too fletch x x x

That's why it is dependent on the time of the device at the time of "conception".

And was this back when they were first added to the game? The theory is either that the game went gonzo before Christmas and the servers couldn't handle all the new sign ups resulting in glitches OR the rules for breeding Suns and Moons have changed.

I have been given access to a test account with unlimited gems for speeding up the breeding process. I have run 500 "copulations" in the last few days, resulting in 28 Sun/Moons. All Suns were created between 7am and 7pm. All Moons were created between 7pm and 7am. Save for one series I did at 1:15pm, where I changed the time on my iPhone to 2:15am. I created 2 moons in a group of 50 pairings.

Now my sample is quite small, but the results are pretty cut and dry. In one group of 50 pairings of Cold + Firefly I created 6 Suns and 0 Moons. The other members of the forum that are running tests at New look to the breeding process are having the same results.

I know my moons as always been bred in the evening or early morning before 7 and the same with my suns during the day. I fit within your samples.

It was early January just before the pans and it was a 4am that I swore was a moon but it was a sun

........altogether I have had 3 moons all bred during the night and six suns one bred at night and the rest bred in the day and I've had one rainbow at night and one in the day x x x

Is that what Californians do when it rains? Hide indoors? Lol! I'd be house-bound 2/3 of the year if that was the case here near Seattle!

LMAO. Yes, or I do and we really have a hard time driving when it's wet outside. The Sun is out today. That was quick winter weather.

Fathers day is approximately 1 month later in June, it's so funny it never occurred to me that it would be different in other countries :)
