Just tried your combo in epic breeding and it's saying 5 hours!!! Very excited as despite LOTS of trying I still have no sun, moon or rainbow!! Thanks for the tip!

I tried 2 combo's one time each and didn't get it. Then I tried snow on the left and seaweed on the right 2 times and got reindeer both times. I was using the new epic breeding island. Hope this helps

Ty sensei brook for explaining.. I thought i need to sell all of them again to level up. It sucks though i need to level them cuz im trying to keep one lvl 1 for cuteness and a big one for leveling..

True, it can also be a storm, turns out 1 of my 3 5 hr breeds was storm

Hey everyone
I got a Raindeer Dragon with Bluefire and Plant. It works pretty good 'cause except for Raindeer the only other Dragons you can get with this pair are Flower and Poison (and this two have a short incubating/breeding time: Flower=1hr and Poison=30min). So you can breed and try more in a short amount of time.

You can breed, hatch and sell them. You don't have to keep all of them.

Breed them hatch them then raise them to lvl 10 then sell them, why lvl 10 you ask is so that the shrine will count them.

Ok so I got a reindeer and it's cold and plant. Those two go against each other so how are you suppose to keep a positive money count?

Hey no worries that what we are here for, ok I had well over 1 million food and i you spend 5 million on each farm every hour you'll get 800 thousand food, then if you power lvl like my previous post youll have to spend roughly 200-300 million to go from lvl 20 to lvl 25 in about roughly an hour, now that been said all you have to do is lvl your dragons to 11 and you'll get the orb so as you can see I spent all my gold on power lvl and food and now I have a neat little trick to get the first statues (plant,earth) to change from bronze to silver: the plant dragons are hatched in seconds so just breed them the amount of times that your missing for the 50 required an the same for the rest but the other elements will take longer as for now I've done the 2 statues mentioned and am currently doing fire witch is gonna take a long time to achieve so you all already know that the other statues are going to take at least a month to be able to get and it's gonna be very long hours of playing dragonvale. I'm practically broke on the gold front but I'll be good in a few days of saving gold and the gems you all send and thanks to everyone because I wouldn't have been able to get that breeding island if it hadn't been for the gems you all send and the gems I get from the collosium fights. So any questions feel free to ask without any worries and enjoy dragonvale and the holiday seasons. Breed on!!!!!

I took a somewhat different approach than you did. What we did the same was we both used the gems from others (Thanks again everyone!) and the colosseum to get the breeding island. Instead of power leveling, I decided to focus on shrines. Yes, I did buy a pack of gems, don't judge me! Haha. Plant took almost no time, earth was next, taking a little longer. Then lightening, spending gems to speed it up only took like 15 minutes. Finally was fire, also using gems to speed it up. So now I have 4 shrines done, working on cold right now. It's going to be rough because I need about 40m to get the food necessary for the cold shrine. I figure I can do 4 dragons every 12 hours, knowing I need roughly 36 more cold deagons, that is 108 hours of playing time, which is 4 and 1/2 days. So in reality, it'll take me about a week to get the cold shrine done. Once I save up enough money, I'm going to buy the water shrine.

These shrines are awesome lol I love this update.

I got the plant and earth shrines and now I'm finishing up the fire then on to lightning for me. This update is really great and even though some people dont agree with me I still love it an I know you and many others do also. Breed on!!!
