Just had success with the new Forest dragon from plant and clover. Not bad for a second attempt.
All I need now is a second Forest (and an egg) and a second double rainbow.

Does anyone understand the co,outings of the new Pepper and Forest eggs??

The Pepper and Forest egg use their primary element as the base color of the egg, and use their secondary element as the design of the egg but always in color "golden orange" i think they will use this pattern to all the new hybrid soon to be released. And also you will notice the border in the market represents the type of dragon: Basic, Hybrid, Opposite, Limited, Epic, Gemstone, etc. Pepper and Forest use the same border as the Opposite Dragon, not the normal Hybrid, this is probably because they are rare as Opposite Dragon, they have low chance of breeding it than normal hybrid. I wonder how rare will be the next new Opposite Dragon.

Experiences increasing difficulties jumping from one playground to another.

Sometimes it's nearly impossible to "get out", even if GC says I am on another play/GCI
In my attempts to not be frustrated I spend my time in the Hib, killing/ selling of not yet named fails.
Eventualy I will be "let out" and can begin on the wanted playground. But first I have to wait - of course. First for the bottom, then for one or two crashes ...
If I had been a rapper, perhaps I would have said: This is not the ****!

I am preparing for big things to happen. New habitats and other wonderful things.
Because of that and because I - as I declered above - longed for making a Trash[is]land, i have now continued to throw all sorts of stoff on to this island.
The other islands become more clean, and I can move habitats around.

Just succeeded with the 2nd Forest dragon, this time with Clover and Seaweed. All attempts that haven't used Clover have failed with Tree being the more common fail.

How's everyone else doing? Seems quiet here today...

Really hoping they sort the crashing out as I've had more crashed loadings in the last week that ever in the history of this game. It is annoying enough that we have to collect and give gems so sloooowly to avoid a crash, but with the long loading time and the recurrent loading crashes it is becoming a real annoyance. Especially if you want to just pop into another app for a second and then have to wait again for the game to reload.

It's a good job the game ha such loyal fans!

Hi Marc, yes I had noticed the borders and in my spreadsheet of all my breedings I have noted the Pepper and Forest down as being "??Uncommon Hybrid??", it seems we have the same thought about these last two. However I've found them surprisingly easy to breed given that I'd expected them to be a real struggle (as they carry the border of the Opposites). If I think back to how long I yearned for my first Blue Fire.... It took forever!

- does your play crash often?
- do you have to wait long before you can start play, before and/or after you have used the Enter-botton?
- if you change from this play to another; is it ok "to get out"?

English is not my native tounge. Hope you understand anyway!

Ok I'm confused. I could have sworn when I was breeding for the platinum dragon (before the forest came and and took its cave away) that sandbox gave a combo that only resulted in 1 possible fail with a low wait time. Now that I have a cave open and went back to sandbox to get the combo again it only has one with a rust and quicksilver fail. So can anyone tell me if 1) I'm losing my mind 2) sandbox had it wrong the first time and left out the quicksilver by accident or 3) there is a combo that only has 1 fail and I just can't find it?

This is being discussed in another forum I'm a member of. Apparently with the release of these new hybrids (Pepper and Forest), the breeding rules have changed. I was using Magnetic and Lightning for Electrum, which used to have only Magnetic as a fail. I got Copper as a fail, and was totally thrown. The guys in charge of the wiki and the Sandbox have been notified (I think), and will have A LOT of changes to make. So, in short, you are not losing your mind



That's quite a photo! I wish we had a little more rain. I am at Level 22 and my game does not crash. I play on a new (5 I think) iPad. It varies how long it takes to open, but never more than a minute. Average is about 30 seconds. I can only give 3 gems and occasionally I do get booted out if I go to fast on that screen. But as long as I wait 2 or 3 seconds between giving I am fine. I do have a good wifi connection.

I do not play DV on any other machines and I only have this one ID....I think that is what you were asking about.

I very much enjoy your stories and photos Olds. Thank you for that. And I just got my first Rainbow. I have to wait another day to hatch it but I am very excited. I would like a Peridot, but I'm not so lucky with that one yet.
