Im having the hardest time in breeding a bluefire. I've tried fire & ice at least 6 times and still nothing...

I moved to fire and snow and that finally worked for me. However I had been trying for over 40 breeding sessions between fire and ice or fire and snow.

I don't know why that happens with my gc id but it's easier if you send me ur gc id and I send u a request for some reason it works easier and faster, send it and I'll send u the request now.

My gc I'd is magickmyst / magic(k)... Sometimes people don't add the k at end of magic. I really would like to visit ur islands.

Did u try to move the breeding cave to an island with no boosts??? That made a difference for me, plus u might want to change to fire and snow. And then go back with ice if it doesnt work.

Yea it's on an island with no boosts :/ I haven't tried snow but I'll give it a shot thanks.

Hey guys,
I have been following this thread for a long time and I thought I would add my experiences with breeding the sun and rainbow dragons. I moved my breeding cave, the hatchery, rainbow and sun habitats to a private island with no other habitats or boosts. (I do have moon habitats on the same island but have yet to breed moon)
I used Blue fire dragon on the left and Crystal dragon on the right. After 3 breeds I got a rainbow, then my very next breed I got another rainbow (so I have two now yay!!!) then my 3rd attempt I got a sun dragon. Now just waiting for my 4th attempt to finish, it was only 14 hours so it won't be anything special. So the blue fire and crystal combo works really well.
If anyone wants to see the way I did my island then you are welcome to add me. My game center name is Qualara. I hope this helps someone.

Hi Everyone. Have been reading for so long and finally decided to post. Am sooo envious of you lucky people who get special dragons quickly. Am level 20 with $90mil, 470K of food and have only managed blue fire and moon. Consider myself very lucky to have them! Sandstorm hates me and all potential rainbows must be on holidays with the suns! Having fun though so will hang in there. Would love a 4th island to decorate.

And to blue fire hopefuls, I tried fire and ice soooo many times with nothing but ice babies and then a swap to fire and snow and he came up first shot. Much woo hooing in my house!

I'm beginning to wonder whether it's even possible to breed a rainbow, sandstorm, blue fire, sun and moon dragon! I've been trying to breed any of those for over 2 weeks now and no luck with any of them :,(

Does anyone have breeding advice so it doesn't take ages, in other words the most efficient combinations for those dragons? Thank you

I got a blue fire after two tries using fire(left) and snowstorm(right)...I got the sandstorm on my first try with air(left and mud(right) and I got a moon dragon on my 3rd or 4th try (can't exactly remember) with blue fire(left) and crystal(right)...my moon dragon egg is currently in the nursery..it took 48hrs to breed and 48hrs to hatch

Yes I been trying crystal and bluefire for nearly a week now. Like 7th or 8th try or maybe more. I keep getting crystals, and other random ones, not even another bluefire.
My question is DOES IT MATTER IF YOU HAVE THE SUN/RAINBOW/MOON HABITAT ON THE SAME ISLAND AS UR BREEDING GROUND?

I have my rainbow..sun..and moon on the same island as my breeding cave...with no boosts...I've heard that helps...I'm still trying for a rainbow and sun myself..

I don't know if it matters or not, some people say yes some say no but I had on one island just the sun, moon and rainbow habitats and it worked for me nut the boosters by the breeding grounds made no difference for me because they all breed fine. Anyhow that's what worked for me. Breed on!
