When an app behaves strangely it is best to close it completely and then relaunch it. From the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it, now press the home button to return to your screen. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly. Let us know how you go.

I had this happen and finally had to resync to iTunes and upgrade my os. I have the original iPad though.

Think it's just to accentuate the height graphics. No actual reason. Kind of lke the useless basement. From what I have read it is decoration for now. Developers may use it in future upgrades

yes and yes.. You have to keep building up. But in order to field your stores with the best workers, you have to build more apts then stores.. hopefully you get new tenants that have specialties in the shops you already have. That's the only way to "Insta-Stock" in the shops..

Hey everyone, just to let you know that you can avoid waiting for your stores to restock and your construction to finish if you set your device's date/time ahead by a day. You can do this as often as you like. Don't waste your money!
