I had to do an upgrade three days ago, and now my Send by email and save a copy and print will not work now. i am freaking out can some one help.....

It will be easier to help when you tell us which iPad you're using and which iOS it's running. Also, could you please tell us, which app isn't working properly and why it's not working (what doesn't happen/ is something greyed out?)?

Ok sorry about not enough info. I hope this is what we are looking for.
iOS 8.1.3 PDF expert is the app. Everything works on the app. Except the folder that has send email and save a copy. Before the up grade when you opened the little file folder the back ground use to be white and now it's black.

Sorry, I don't use that app, but someone else will certainly be able to help.

I have PDF Expert and am on 8.3.1, and can't duplicate your issue. Is this the menu that you are talking about?

Does this happen on all documents you try to send or copy? While it's never happened to me, I suppose a protected (DRM) PDF file might have restrictions on what you can do with it; though I wouldn't think it would be copy or sending it.

If you have not done so, try restarting and/or reseting the iPad.

A more drastic step would be to delete and re-install the app. You'd want to be careful and make sure you have current copies of any important documents first; maybe on DropBox or another cloud service.

------------------------------

When you have problems with an app it's a good idea to clear it from RAM.

Close/Clear the app:

iOS 6: With the problem app closed, double tap on the Home button to get the multitask bar. Tap and hold on any icon in the bar until they jiggle, then tap the minus sign on the problem app.
iOS 7 & 8: Double tap the Home button to get the multitasking display. Swipe up on the problem app's thumbnail image (not the icon).

If that does not work try a restart,

Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends you restart the iPad at least once a month.

and then a reset if that does not work.

Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.
