Editing SpringBoard.strings?

Hey guys,
I'm trying to edit the SpringBoard.strings like "slide to unlock" etc.. but couldn't find how!
I have a JB'n iPad, Thanks!

WHat are u trying to change?
The entire slider? name ? Looks?
