Educator joins iPad forum

Hi, I'm new to the iPad forum. I'm an educator and I use my iPad frequently in accessing my class records anytime, presentations through keynote and videos and generally trying to make sure I'm in touch techwise with my students who are probably way ahead of me in using my iPad.

I'm very much interested in maximizing use of my iPad in the school setting, especially as I want to be able to convince our administrators to invest on these gadgets and other related paraphernalia in order to make my school an iPad-universe (is there such a thing?). It will make record-keeping so much easier to update and access.

Although, sometimes, I think, what really drives me is the repressed desire to appear cool to my students.
