Email help

Hi there, I just bought the new ipad air. My old deleted email keeps downloading to my inbox. I delete them, send to trash, edit and delete all. I go back to inbox and they all download again. I use Microsoft outlook.

Hi, Kathypratt4! Welcome to iPF!

This could possibly fix your problem:
Go to Settings - Mails, Contacts, Calendars and delete the account. Then set it up again, using Outlook.com this time:



Usually all you have to enter is email address and password. Set "Mail Days to Sync" to the period you prefer.

If the mails still keep appearing in your inbox, sign in to your account through a browser and try to delete them there.
