I upgraded all our reps' iPad 2s to iOS 5 about a week ago, and one of the reps just told me that ever since then, his email only downloads the headers - no message. I didn't change any email settings, but I know the iOS upgrade has caused other glitches so this one doesn't really surprise me. I just don't know how to fix it. He has already done a hard reset and that didn't help. Other suggestions? I'm guessing there's a setting somewhere that needs to be changed and I'm just not seeing it.
