email stuck

I just got my IPad this morning. I was using email and it suddenly grayed out. Now it will not respond to any touch. You can go to "home" and touch the Mail app but it goes to the grayed out, unresponsive email I was working on. Help?

I figured it out. Rebooted and that worked. Thanks

Don't you just hate that! Whenever I run into a problem I just can't solve, the sure way to find a solution is to post a question on a forum and before anyone even gets a chance to answer, you have the problem fixed.
