Emailed photos received upside down!

What am I doing wrong? When I email a photo from my iPad it arrives upside down?

You can rotate photos in an third-party app if it's an issue - the iPad's native Photos app, though, cannot rotate photos. So if it's a real issue, look at some of the (free even) apps in the iPad's App Store that can process iPad photos.
