Enable disk use without installing software on pc

Are there any apps that will allow me to have the ipad act as a removable disk on my work pc without installing software on that pc?

I need to transfer files back and forth but i cannot install software on the pc due to policy restrictions. I can plug my droid into the usb port and it works fine. I jailbroke the ipad but i still can't have the pc recognize it as a removable drive.

Any ideas?
