As a 70 year old new to the joy of mobile computing I was very disappointed to discover I was unable to print from my iPad2. Whilst the print works well from my PC it is not recognised by my iPad2. Having read from your pages about Fingerprint, I downloaded the free trial version but this does not work. Has anyone any suggestions as to how I can make this printer work?? Would be very grateful for any help.
