error 1611 in iPad 2 recovery

I screwed up my ipad 2 and tried to restore it but its not restoring and giving me a 1611 error message, I have tried everything from deleting everything apple to reinstalling everything but its still the same. Someone please help me out because I am getting pretty desperate and it was jailbroken

Most everything I read about a 1611 error is that it's a hardware issue. See this Apple link for what troubleshoot steps to take to try to resolve it: iTunes: Specific update-and-restore error messages and advanced troubleshooting

If that doesn't work, it may be time to take your iPad to the Apple Store, sorry.

Yes I did try your method f4780y ( I skipped the 2nd step because aint really important since I am not getting the error 3194) and it isnt really working I try restoring but the same thing the Apple logo comes and then the bar and then gets a little bit dimmer and the bar doesnt progress at all. Any other method?

This happens because your iTunes is not updated to latest version
