I finally found them scifan. The manufacturer seems to have changed ownership but the figures are still available.

They are really lovely Sci.......pewter is one of my favourites too and I have a few pieces myself and many photo frames also.

Your mother had very nice tastes in the items she collected, it must be nice to remember her when looking at these.
